Cancellation Policy

1. Automatic Renewal
SOPdesk subscriptions are recurring. Unless you cancel, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period — monthly plans renew monthly, and annual plans renew annually — and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price for your plan. We will notify you in advance of any upcoming change to your renewal price as described in our Terms of Service.
2. How to Cancel
You can cancel at any time, in a few clicks, with no need to contact us:
- Sign in to your account and go to Settings → Subscription.
- Select Manage subscription to open the secure billing portal.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

3. When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You keep full access to your plan until that date, and you will not be charged again after you cancel. Cancelling does not retroactively refund the current period — see our Refund Policy.
4. What Happens to Your Data
After your subscription ends, your organization's data remains available so you can export it for a 30-day window. After that window, data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy, except where longer retention is required by law. Please export anything you need before the window closes.
