Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable

SOPdesk is a subscription service billed in advance. Except as set out below or as required by applicable law, subscription fees — including amounts charged on an automatic renewal — are non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not prorated or refunded when you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for; see our Cancellation Policy.

2. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge, a charge after a confirmed cancellation, or an incorrect amount — contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a billing error is confirmed, issue a correcting refund to your original payment method.

A change of mind, failure to cancel before a renewal date, or non-use of the Service during a paid period is not considered a billing error.

3. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction. Where such a law grants you a refund right that conflicts with this policy, that law controls.

4. Promotional Credits and Discounts

Promotional codes, referral credits, and discounts have no cash value and are not redeemable for a refund. They are applied only against future charges as described at the time they are offered.
